Delivery Information

UK Mainland Delivery:

  • Typically arrives the next working day.
  • Please place your order before 2pm.
  • We use the courier DPD.
  • If the order is placed late or the destination is in the highlands, delivery may take two to three days.

EU Shipping:

  • We can ship to the EU if the order value is at least 150 Euros.
  • This is a requirement of our courier and is related to customs transit.

USA Shipping:

  • We can ship to the USA.
  • The FedEx cost is 60 GBP for shipments up to 30Kg / 66lbs.

Lithium Batteries:

  • We cannot ship lithium batteries outside of the UK mainland.
  • Please make arrangements for your own shipping.

Tracking Information:

  • We do not send tracking information automatically with an order.
  • If you would like your tracking information, please contact us by responding to your email confirmation.
  • We will respond with your tracking number when it becomes available.

Delivery to Other Locations:

  • If your delivery destination is not on our list, please use the contact form to get in touch with us.
  • We will try to obtain courier quotes for you.
  • If no feasible/sensible quotes are available, we may ask you to arrange your own collection.
