UK Mainland Delivery:
- Typically arrives the next working day.
- Please place your order before 2pm.
- We use the courier DPD.
- If the order is placed late or the destination is in the highlands, delivery may take two to three days.
EU Shipping:
- We can ship to the EU if the order value is at least 150 Euros.
- This is a requirement of our courier and is related to customs transit.
USA Shipping:
- We can ship to the USA.
- The FedEx cost is 60 GBP for shipments up to 30Kg / 66lbs.
Lithium Batteries:
- We cannot ship lithium batteries outside of the UK mainland.
- Please make arrangements for your own shipping.
Tracking Information:
- We do not send tracking information automatically with an order.
- If you would like your tracking information, please contact us by responding to your email confirmation.
- We will respond with your tracking number when it becomes available.
Delivery to Other Locations:
- If your delivery destination is not on our list, please use the contact form to get in touch with us.
- We will try to obtain courier quotes for you.
- If no feasible/sensible quotes are available, we may ask you to arrange your own collection.
